Chicken Satay

Total calorie: 460 Dinner: chicken satay type dish Ingredients: 1) chicken 200 gram 2) 1 teaspoon olive oil 3) 1 teaspoon tomato sauce 4) 1 small onion 5) one green chilli 6) ginger paste half a teaspoon 7) garlic paste half a teaspoon 8) lemon squash ( as you wish) 9) coriander 20 gm 10) peanut crush: 15- 20 piece Direction: put oil on nonsticky pan and fry onion and chilli until brown. Add chicken and fry. Add garlic and ginger paste and stir. Add tomato sauce and stir. Until the chicken turns this colour, stir. Paneer 100gms 267 cal Spinach 100gms 23 cal Spring onions 10gms Coconut oil 1tbsp 39cal Half an onion Green chillies 2 Garlic Heat the oil on a pan nd add the sliced onions, garlic and chillies. Stir fry till da onions bcam golden brown. Add chopped spinach nd cook further on medium-high flame. Add da paneer cubes, Cook fo a few minutes nd add da spring onions fo garnish at da end. Rolled oat Pancakes

**** Rolled oat Pancakes ***** INGREDIENTS :: 1 n 1⁄2cups rolled oats 1⁄4teaspoon salt 1⁄2teaspoon baking powder (optional ) 1⁄2teaspoon ground cinnamon 1egg, lightly beaten 1cup nonfat milk 1⁄2teaspoon vanilla extract DIRECTIONS :: Put 3/4 oats in a blender or food processor nd blend bout one minute, or until ground to a flour consistency. Nd keep rest of oats as rolled .. Combine oat flour, rolled oats, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine egg, milk nd vanilla in a small bowl and mix well. Stir liquid mixture into dry mixture; mix until just moist. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Heat a nonstick large skillet or gridle over medium heat. When hot, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake.
