Chicken Satay
Total calorie: 460 Dinner: chicken satay type dish Ingredients: 1) chicken 200 gram 2) 1 teaspoon olive oil 3) 1 teaspoon tomato sauce 4) 1 small onion 5) one green chilli 6) ginger paste half a teaspoon 7) garlic paste half a teaspoon 8) lemon squash ( as you wish) 9) coriander 20 gm 10) peanut crush: 15- 20 piece Direction: put oil on nonsticky pan and fry onion and chilli until brown. Add chicken and fry. Add garlic and ginger paste and stir. Add tomato sauce and stir. Until the chicken turns this colour, stir. Then add lemon squash and coriander just before turning the heat off and stir. Garnish with peanut crush. By Sairana Ahsan
